Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Welcome to MODMARKE®, an e-commerce platform proudly owned and operated by IVORY VALE Company For commercial development and investment, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration (CR) No. 7051124480. We strictly comply with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce E-Commerce Regulations to guarantee a transparent, secure, and premium shopping experience for all our clients in the Kingdom.

1. Return & Exchange Period (Change of Mind)

  • In accordance with Saudi Law, you have the right to return or exchange any product within 7 days from the date of delivery if you change your mind.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original premium packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
  • Shipping Fees Notice: For returns or exchanges with no manufacturing defect, the customer is fully responsible for both the initial outward shipping fees and the return shipping fees.
  • Important Note: These shipping and return fees will be charged at the actual, non-discounted courier rates paid by MODMARKE® to the shipping company, and not the subsidized promotional rates displayed to the customer at checkout.

2. Mandatory 2-Year Warranty (Defective Items)

  • All electronic and smart devices at MODMARKE® come with a mandatory 2-Year Warranty (24 Months) against manufacturing defects, compliant with Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations and held under the liability of IVORY VALE Company.
  • If a product exhibits a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction, please contact us immediately at teamy@modmarke.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  • For confirmed defective products or items that do not match our website's description, MODMARKE® will bear the full cost of return shipping, and you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or free replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that have been wired, installed, altered, or physically damaged due to misuse or faulty third-party installation.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or missing core accessories.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method (Mada, Visa, Mastercard). Due to local banking procedures in KSA, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
