1. Shipping Rates

To ensure total accuracy, all shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. The final rate is determined based on the total weight of your order and your precise delivery destination, utilizing the most optimized and competitive live rates from our logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: All orders are securely verified and processed within 24 hours (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
  • Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia): Delivery within the Kingdom typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • GCC & International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Please note that this duration may increase depending on the destination country's customs procedures and the designated shipping company.

3. Order Tracking & Updates

Transparency is our priority. As soon as your smart devices are dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your official Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

4. Shipping Destinations (Saudi Arabia, GCC & International)

  • Saudi Arabia & GCC Coverage: We proudly provide full, seamless shipping coverage to Saudi Arabia and all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain with competitive, weight-based rates calculated at checkout.
  • Rest of the World: If you are located outside the GCC region and wish to purchase from our store, please contact our team directly at teamy@modmarke.com before ordering. We will manually coordinate and arrange custom shipping options for your location.
