3. Accuracy of Product Information & Pricing
- While we strive to display the most accurate technical specifications, images, and pricing for our smart switches, panels, and lighting systems, typographical errors may occasionally occur.
- MODMARKE® reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any orders placed for products listed with an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed and your credit card/payment method has been charged. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.
4. Technical Installation Liability Disclaimer
MODMARKE® provides premium-grade smart home hardware. We are strictly providers of the equipment and are not liable for any electrical short circuits, product malfunctions, property damages, or personal injuries resulting from improper home wiring or non-certified installations. We highly recommend and urge hiring a certified electrician to install all high-voltage smart wall switches and breakers.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Termination
You are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content to conduct any fraudulent activities, upload malicious viruses, violate intellectual property rights, or interfere with the security features of the store. MODMARKE® reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms.
